Actually there are some Islamic School of thoughts. Which say religion is a personal choice. Mainly the Hanafi school of though. I am from the Salafi school of thought similar to what the Taliban followed. We are not as liberal!
I think even if there was no god, you still need a doctrine to follow which has unchangeable morals and ethics. Any ethics and moral which can be revised and changed and not good ethics. Whos to say from 500 years from today it might be morally and ethically OK to have sex with prostitutes.

Are you insane or something? if I didn't think they were innocents would I be on here trying to help them back into Islam?
I just believe, they are confused. If you can sit them down and addressed all theirs points they would come back to Islam. I have been in this situation. I once left Islam I apostatized!

Look, you're being stupid. I never said we should kill apostates. I was once an apostate myself. my comment perhaps was not well thought out. What I meant to say was if someoen wants to apostasies out of Islam, he should not do this in an Islamic state, they should leave Islamic state. Everyone should be given a chance. No human is inherently evil!

For the sake of freedom: Yes.
But doing so, just shows everybody that you´re an idiot, but that should be no problem, only for you.
